Village over the right bank of stream Jizera, first mentioned in 15th century. In the Middle Ages a lot of religious denomination, which corresponded with remoteness of village.

You can find there a Empire church of St. Jan Křtitel and evangelic church, both from 19th century. You can also visit the Giant mountains´ gallery.

The village is famous thanks to production of liquer of Mr. Brandler - unadulterated Giant mountains´ brandy. Today is Křižlice an undisturbed place for recreation.
